Project Overview

A new Gulf Coast LNG connection.

The Seahawk LNG project consists of a natural gas liquefaction and export facility at the Port of Calhoun and a new natural gas pipeline connecting the export terminal to existing Texas infrastructure. The project is expected to deliver 18 million tons per annum (MTPA) of LNG to global energy markets.

Strategically located on the Texas Gulf Coast, the project combines marine access with proximity to established natural gas infrastructure, providing a uniquely advantaged location for long-term operations.

Jobs & Growth for South Texas

Project Location

Positioned for today’s opportunity and the region’s future.

The export facility will be strategically located at the Port of Calhoun, between the Port of Houston and the Port of Corpus Christi. Calhoun County offers room for growth, with no other LNG facilities currently proposed or under development in the immediate area.

Point Comfort and the greater Calhoun County area are positioned for continued industrial growth as the Gulf Coast draws new investment. This project will bring construction and permanent jobs to the local economy, reinforcing the region’s role in the area’s industrial base.
